A’viand’s, a Minnesota-based Food & Services Management Company is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to run food service operations at the Lake County Jail in Waukegan, IL.

This position will work closely with the Food Service Director.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Supervise food preparation to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Train and supervise assigned staff, including inmate labor
• Maintain and adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by A'viands and the client.
